FAQs
Can the cookware be used in the oven?
It depends on the handle and knob material.
Models with stainless steel handles are usually oven safe, while bakelite handles are not recommended. Always check the handle material before use.
What is the maximum oven temperature?
Our cookware can generally be used in the oven up to 210°C, provided there are no bakelite or plastic parts. Models with stainless steel handles are more suitable for oven use.
Is the cookware dishwasher safe?
Most models can pass around 20 dishwasher cycles, but hand washing is recommended to keep the coating in better condition over time.
What is your MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pcs per item, but it can vary depending on the product and customization details.
Can you customize logo, packaging or design?
Yes. We offer custom logos, packaging, coating colors and handle options for private-label projects. We can also assess modifications to existing cookware designs or develop new molds for custom shapes and sizes. MOQ, tooling costs and development time depend on the project requirements.
Can you provide samples before placing an order?
Yes, samples are available for you to evaluate the cookware’s quality, finish and performance before placing a bulk order. Please share the models and specifications you are interested in, and we will confirm sample availability, costs and preparation time.
